Beyond the first month of your subscription, you may request at any time to cancel your subscription. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the month in which your cancellation request is received. Until that time, you can continue to use the services for which you had subscribed.
Log into the My Account page and click on the blue status link that reads Current Subscriber.
On the next page click on the Cancel subscription/Cancel request to end subscription button.
Please confirm by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button.
When you're finished, you'll see the green check mark.
On the Home screen of your My Account page, your status will change to "Request to cancel subscription accepted."
